Write to [email protected] for API integration, account, plan, privacy, or security questions. Never include an API key, steamLoginSecure value, Trade URL token, password, or session cookie in an email.
- Describe the expected and actual behavior.
- Include the UTC timestamp, endpoint, HTTP status, and ItemData request ID.
- Redact Steam credentials, API keys, cookies, and personal information.
- For a security report, start the subject with SECURITY.
